Am I Jinxing Things?
It feels weird to say I’ve been engaged before, and that it didn’t work out…I definitely don’t ever want to say the same thing about my marriage. But because things went so badly last time, I find myself unwilling to speak out about new things that are going on in my life. I guess I’m afraid of going through that kind of humiliation again.
But I hope things will be different this time. Even if it’s kind of unorthodox. Because I’m happy. And this time around it doesn’t hurt. At all. That’s a good sign, right?
My sister Jessie thinks he looks like Shaggy from Scoobie Doo. I think he looks YOUNG….but I’ve always been a bit of a cradle-robber. Hey, it’s better than robbing the grave…at least I can raise ‘em up right!
Okay, ewww, ewww, ewww. I just grossed myself out.
God help me, but I think I’m happy, and it scares the piss outta me.
He wants to be a massage therapist. I am amused and horrified all at once.
